Working Pattern: 12 months Fixed Term Contract | Full Time| Flexible First options available

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our PMO Team in Perth, providing a variety of administrative duties including:

  • Control and monitor the Regulatory Reporting Database ensuring correct data is being entered and providing support for end users.
  • Raising Projects and Purchase Orders in Harmony and Receipting of invoices in a timely manner.
  • Provide admin support to other team members and internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.

What do I need?

  • Excellent Administration and organisational skills as you will be working under your own initiative.
  • Excellent communications and verbal skills is necessary as your will be dealing with internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • A friendly and professional attitude and approach to work, capable of being flexible and adaptable
  • Knowledge of Office 365, including Teams and Sharepoint.
An understanding of computer packages i.e. Harmony & Regulatory Reporting Database is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
