Description

A great new role for a Process Improvement Specialist with strong analytical & problem-solving skills, who will be qualified in Lean Six Sigma & have relevant work experience in the services industry.

You will be reporting to the Operational & Process Excellence Manager and will:

Assist the Process Improvement Team in the planning, development, coordination, support & execution of high impact plans for effective & sustainable process improvement
Support & assist the Process Improvement Team in designing & implementation of process improvements
Work in partnership with departments to maximise resources & improve operational efficiencies & customer experience
Use a wide variety of analytical skills & process management skills to develop comprehensive process improvement plans
Support the transfer of new solutions & processes to the organisation on an ongoing & sustained basis, while working with functional managers, critical stakeholders &/or the process owner
Provide reports & analysis of KPIs to quantify the progress made for each project

You will have:

5+ years' experience in a Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence role, ideally in an insurance, financial services industry.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (essential)
Experience in using quality & performance management tools to drive improvements for internal an external stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation & project management skills
Proven track record in delivering results by introducing new methods & thought processes which drive organisational improvements
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
A great working knowledge of MS Office tools (including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access & MS project)
Flexible attitude and enjoy improving how things are done
