Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience questions, and engagement opportunities.
Analyse social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights to generate weekly reports.
Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to develop social media campaigns that align with our brand's goals and promotional strategies.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Research and identify influencers and potential partnership opportunities to expand our brand reach.
Assist in the organisation and execution of virtual events or webinars, promoting them across social media channels.

Requirements:

Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a related degree program (Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, etc.) is preferred.
A strong passion for and understanding of various social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
Ability to dedicate approximately 20 hours per week to the role.
