Our client is looking for an Apprentice to join their administration team

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Lettings Negotiator and Accounts Team with all general admin duties
Input data onto Lettings Software System
Reception duties
Guide prospective tenants thought the referencing process
Creating contracts
Carry out tenant moveins
Booking appointments/Inspections
Receiving and actioning maintenance issues
Follow up any identified maintenance issues
Instruct approved contractors
Renewals
Arrange Gas Safety Certificates/Electrical Certs

The training you will be getting
The apprenticeship training will take place in house while you are at the workplace. We book once a month training session with your allocated tutor.

We also have 6-8 weeks monthly review plans, this will be with yourself, line manager and tutor.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

We are looking for someone who would like to gain experience and if you have been a super star throughout the apprenticeship course, then we will be looking at long term employment.

Apprenticeship Details

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 qualification.

From £6.40 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
