Out of Hours Customer Service Agent required in Manchester.

  • Fixed-Term 12 Month on rolling basis, Full Time, Up to £22,880_

Located in our Manchester Office.


The Customer Service Agent will be a pivotal link in delivering solutions to enable the delivery exceptional service to our customers and communities.

To drive and promote a service culture of excellence across the branch, balancing customer satisfaction with commercial pragmatism.

Working Hours

NIGHT SHIFT - Rotation to be discussed at interview.


What you can expect:
It is essential that you possess the following skills in order to be successful for this role:

  • Considerable amount of experience working within an office environment or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of all Windows based technology.
  • You should be able to demonstrate a high level of detail consciousness, to obtain full repairs information and provide accurate diagnosis.
  • You will also carry out any repairs processing activities required to ensure that an effective and efficient service is delivered to customers (e.g. recording outcomes from jobs via MCM audit log).
  • Within this role, you will respond to all calls and enquiries coming into the Service Centre promptly and professionally and will adhere to targets and objectives as set out by the management around average time taken on calls.
  • You will take customer repair orders, obtaining full repair information and accurately diagnosing repairs and will make appropriate and relevant appointments in accordance with policy and practice.
