In this newly created role, you will provide inspirational leadership to our internal Caretaking team, optimising performance to ensure we deliver a high quality service.
We are looking for an experienced Operations / Team Manager with a passion for making a difference to our neighbourhoods.
With a customer-centric approach, you will be adept at resolving complaints, encouraging customer engagement to improve our neighbourhoods, and identifying key improvements to services whilst motivating the team to work proactively to ensure positive outcomes.
You will also be accustomed to liaising with external stakeholders, partners and customers with the ability to review data trends to drive improvements and manage budgets.
