Full Job Description
This small and high performing estate agency branch is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Basic Salary - £25,000
Sales commission
Conveyancing Bonus
Mortgage Bonus

8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday & every other Saturday 9:30am - 3pm. They will receive one days annual leave when they have worked two Saturdays

  • Conducting viewings of properties with potential buyers
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Managing a portfolio of properties and keeping uptodate with changes to the property market
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and surveyors to progress sales to completion
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:


  • Experience in estate agency sales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • A desire to succeed and a passion for property

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
