JohnJasper Care are currently recruiting permanent
Field Care Supervisor who holds a full UK Driving Licence and access to their own vehicle, with a
minimum 2-3 year community
care experience, for our well managed community support services for children and adults covering North Tyneside.


JohnJasper Care supports clients living with learning disabilities, physical and mental health disabilities and age-related conditions in our local communities primarily throughout the North of Tyne area. The Field Care Supervisor role is a vital for maintaining lines of communication between our clients, staff and management team, and you will support and oversee a fixed number of employees and clients throughout our areas of work. These may include larger complex support packages depending on experience.


Where required you will be supported to increase your knowledge up to level 5 management qualifications, along with any specialist training and learning.

There's set hours to this role, working on a weekly alternating rota with split shifts and weekend work included. Working hours are 7am-2pm, 2.30pm-10pm, 7am-10pm. Any office work is between 9am -5pm These will be discussed at interview.

Duties will include

  • Carrying out inspections, competencies, spot checks etc
  • Supporting the induction and sign off of new staff
  • Supporting the Management team with day to day tasks as required.
  • Logging of vital information and reporting, managing documentation and ensuring all documentation is compliant.
  • Working with clients and our staff in homes, community and support with day to day tasks such as enabling, personal care, dressing, medications etc.
  • Overseeing complex packages (depending on experience)

JohnJasper Care are a family owned community care provider who have many years' experience working in the health and social care sector. We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and cover the wider North East areas. We currently provide homecare for North Tyneside & Northumberland Local Authority and have on-going contracts that require staff.


Job Types:

Salary:

£13.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
