We have a new vacancy in the Human Resources team on the MEH Alliance as part of the Hinkley Point C construction project for a HR Administrator.

This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the largest construction projects in Europe which will last several years and be critical to the UK's move to greener energy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining Timesheet Portal and the data contained as the single source of truth for the MEH JV team
  • Maintain weekly update of MEH JV numbers by partner
  • Provide weekly report to Head of HR from Timesheet Portal on hours worked and maintain a running 17week reference period average
  • Provide a weekly dashboard of HR metrics on recruitment, starters, leavers, competencies, attendance etc.
  • Support the Pulse team, coordinating activities as required
  • Arrange and support meetings on request on behalf of the HR team
  • Tracking objectives roll out for PDR's
  • Responsible for all activities relating to offboarding, including arranging exit interviews.
  • Support the HSE team with Health Surveillance data.
  • Providing metrics as required e.g., time to site etc.
  • Liaise with partner companies regarding probation periods.
  • Relevant ad hoc support e.g., reports, spreadsheets, minutes etc.
  • Support physical and remote recruitment events
  • Dealing with general HR queries from the MEH Alliance team

Requirements:


  • Strong administration experience, gained ideally in a human resources environment
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience in the construction industry would be benficial but not essential.

NG Bailey on the Hinkley Point C Project

We are working across both Hinkley Point C units to deliver the infrastructure that will power the station and its operations, creating 1,000 jobs including many specialist engineers.

Works include the design and installation of circa 76,000 cables totalling over 3,000km in length; over 180km of cable containment support systems; fire and environmental sealing; design and installation of earthing systems, and specialist packages associated with data acquisition and plant control.
