Description
Rutherford Briant are exclusively recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the business operations. You will analyse and report on all areas of production and have a visible presence on the factory floor.

You will be a key member of themanagement team to investigate variances and positively drive change to improve operational efficiencies.


Responsibilities:


  • To ensure costings are accurate, implement regular reviews, ensure complete understanding of processes and financial impacts.
  • Challenge and assist to help drive cost savings / efficiencies.
  • Monthly reporting of overheads vs. forecast, forward spend views and assist to identify actions required to mitigate any overspends
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of variances
  • Provide realistic, challenging forecasts, and drive ownership of target achievement throughout the production team.
  • Challenge all capital spends to ensure the best ROI, actual vs. planned spend reporting
  • Management of a small team develop full potential
