We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate
Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification to join our team on a full-time basis in
Banbury.

As an integral member of our nursery staff, you will play a key role in creating a supportive and enriching atmosphere for children to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement ageappropriate activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
Create a safe and welcoming learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Collaborate with colleagues to assess and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
Build positive relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and trust.
Ensure the health and wellbeing of all children in your care, following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary:

Salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
