What you'll be doing:

What we need to see:
MS or PhD in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of work-related experience in AI for natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLM) or otherwise demonstrated exceptional skill in NLP/LLMs
Strong programming skills in Python and expertise with DL frameworks such as PyTorch.
Demonstrated publication of code through Github or other open source release and ability to rapidly prototype and release solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively on communities like X(Twitter), Reddit, Kaggle forums, Discord, etc.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience with NVIDIA AI and Data Science software platforms, including Nemo and RAPIDS.
Proven background in using LLM's to solve complex customer problems.
Software development skills and a track record of releasing high quality code into open source.
Deep learning optimization skills including optimizing AI models for performance.
Being a Kaggle competition grandmaster with gold medals in NLP/LLM competitions.
Success in machine learning competitions, including reaching the level of Kaggle Grandmaster, or winning competitions sponsored by NeurIPS, CVPR, KDD, or other prestigious AI conferences.
