Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity in our Food and Beverage Team as a Supervisor, at Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre.

You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities


Main Duties-

  • Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all F&B policies and Brand Standards
  • Spends the majority of time on the floor, supervising service and interacting with guests
  • Manages in compliance with all local and UK food and drink laws
  • Responsible for beverage control, stock takes and processing invoices
  • Conduct reviews for associates and monitor performance
  • Empower associates to provide excellent customer service
  • Effectively respond to all guest feedback
  • Interviewing new applicants
  • Supervise and introduce incentive schemes for associates to upsell
  • Ensures the cleanliness is up to standard in each of the 4 outlets, Room service, Restaurant, Bar and the Exclusive Executive lounge
