Your New Role...
Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our care teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity.
Administering medication, personal care, team supervisions, developing, implementing and updating care plans adhering to CQC guidelines, coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs.
The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00
The day shift is: 08:00 - 20:00

A few things we are looking for
A leader:
Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications:
Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold and NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, and have experience within a similar role.
Fantastic people skills:
Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
Caring by nature:
