About The Role:

This job is Full Time 37 hours per week, and Term Time plus two additional weeks to be worked during the school holidays

It is offered on a Temporary Maternity cover contract for 12 months


We are looking for someone who will work alongside key school staff to promote and maintain excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families to promote high levels of attendance.

In addition to be responsible for monitoring and improvement of attendance and punctuality of students in years, 9, 10 and 11.

Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has

  • Previous experience in a similar role or of working in an educational environment
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable IT skills

  • Please Note: the actual salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee with under 5 years' service._


The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.


This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
