We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Question and Answer (Q&A) Data Creator.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and curating datasets specifically designed for training and evaluating question-answering models in Generative AI.
Your work will contribute to advancing the capabilities of our AI systems and improving their ability to generate accurate and relevant responses.
Responsibilities:
- Create and curate datasets for training Q&A models by generating a diverse range of questions and their corresponding answers from various sources.
- Annotate the collected data by accurately labeling the questions and their respective answers, ensuring the dataset is properly structured for model training.
- Review and validate the annotated data, correcting any errors or inconsistencies to maintain highquality and accurate datasets.
- Employ data augmentation techniques such as paraphrasing, question reformulation, or introducing variations to enhance the model's generalization and robustness.
- Test and evaluate the performance of trained Q&A models on the curated datasets, providing feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain documentation and records of datasets, annotations, and evaluation results to ensure reproducibility and enable knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
What we're looking for;
- Experience with data curation, annotation, and quality control, preferably in the context of training AI models.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
