Overview:
Part time administrive assistant for work with a small team operating a long established industrial training company based in a smart office located in Cardiff Bay.
Commencement salary £12 per hour with a review after 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks, including printing, copying, scanning, and organizing weekly paperwork
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Book hotel rooms for instructors/examiners staying away from home
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role is desirable. But full training will be provided
- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
Job Types:
