Description

We are currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join our client's family-run Building and Construction company near Ipswich.

They specialise in high-end housing developments, liaising with subcontractors, Architects and Structural Engineers to offer a complete project service.

Working hours:

As a Carpenter, you'll be required to work Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm.

The successful Carpenter will be offered:

£30,000 + depending on level of experience
Use of company vehicle for business use
Company mobile phone

To be considered for the Carpenter role you must have the following:

5-10 years experience in a Carpentry role
Experience on a construction site or residential site
Ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools
Knowledge of building and construction
Full UK driving licence

As a Carpenter your role will involve:

Measuring, marking up, cutting, shaping, fitting and finishing timber
Fitting interiors such as staircases, doors, skirting boards, cupboards and kitchens
Working in highend residential buildings and listed buildings
Working within a 10mile radius of the office
