WHAT YOU'LL DO

Additionally, you'll be:

  • Supporting clients with their day to day needs proving excellent client service
  • Maintaining files and databases and ensuring all reports, documentation and systems recording is technically accurate, compliant
  • Identifying sales and marketing opportunities to drive cross selling, new commercial clients and potential private client referrals

THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED
We're looking for a strong communicator, with excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

You'll need knowledge of investment, credit and financial planning products, and have the ability to work within a sales and service culture, in a team environment.


You'll also need:

  • Previous banking experience and an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook
  • A background of providing a highlevel client service
  • The ability to work under pressure with limited supervision on routine customer transactions
  • Good numeracy and basic Microsoft Office skills
