Intermediate Mechanical Estimator (Building Services)
London (City)
£55/60k, Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days Holiday


Individual:

You will be a Mechanical Estimator enthusiastic about working on complex and challenging projects. This role will see you initially preparing and submitting tenders on large, iconic developments.


You will have 4-8 years Mechanical Estimating experience gained with a Building Services Contractor where you have assisted in / prepared and submitted tenders typically up to £5m.


You could be working with a Tier 2 Contractor, keen to further your career, stepping up to work with a Tier 1 market leader where you will be fully supported by a Senior Estimator and Administrators.

This business has continued to deliver landmark buildings predominately in London within Commercial (High Rise), Data Centres & Healthcare to name a few spaces.

They have held a presence within M&E Building Services Engineering for over 75 years.


They have excelled over the past few years, retaining all their staff and not having to furlough during the pandemic, a testament to their stability and confidence moving forward and strengthened in sectors they are familiar with whist opening new doors in other spaces.

Many of the staff and Directors have progressed from Apprentices.

Staff retention averages 15 years and career development is strongly supported.
