We are looking for a highly motivated and organised HR Assistant to join the Human Resources Department. If you're passionate about HR and eager to make a positive impact on the organisation, we want to hear from you_

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and update employee electronic & paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, from drafting employment contracts to conducting righttowork checks and providing dayone inductions.
  • Coordinate work experience arrangements, including documentation and IT requirements.
  • Schedule and document key HR tasks and activities in the HR calendar to ensure timely completion.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver employee-focused results, meeting deadlines and goals with professionalism.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting communication style for various audiences.
  • Technologysavvy with proficiency in HR database systems, case management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of employment law principles and GDPR.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR, especially within the legal industry, advantageous.
