The Business

A boutique lettings agency based in the St Johns Wood area of London, working with local landlords to let their residential properties to renters.

Operating in a sought-after area to live means the company is growing the team and looking to add a new lettingsadvisor to the team.


The Job
You will join the team as a Lettings Administrator responsible for managing all administrative duties related to letting renewals.


You will be joining a busy boutique estate agency in St Johns Wood and covering properties in the local area.

Job Breakdown

  • Prepare Tenancy and Renew Agreements for new lettings and renewing tenants
  • Help manage any works carried out at managed properties e.g. decorating, plumbing, electrical by liaising with Landlords to ensure adequate funds are on account to cover the required work
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors to complete property maintenance work
  • Manage invoices from contrac162tors to ensure all work is paid for promptly
  • Use the property management software Alto to keep track of all property administration and invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
This is an office-based role in St Johns Wood.

  • 2 years' experience as a Lettings Administrator or similar roles involving the tasks listed above
  • Experience using Alto software for property management
  • Someone looking to join a owner led boutique agency working with high end properties in the St Johns Wood area
  • A reliable and highly organised individual
  • Someone who enjoys a role where they are regularly communicating either with tenants, landlords or contractors
  • Would enjoy working in a small office where you will be respected as a key member of the team and rewarded accordingly
