The Resources Casework Team are seeking to employ a caseworker to undertake HR related tasks whilst the current postholder is on secondment.

We are looking for a confident, approachable and organised individual who will complement our existing team dealing with a range of enquiries using existing HR processes.

About this role:Ensuring accurate, professional and timely case management business support is provided to internal customers to support business needs

Assisting to ensure the provision of fit for purpose support services systems and processes.

Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained, and data protection rules are followed.

Promoting understanding of case management processes and systems across the council

Identifying improvements in customer and service provision

Undertaking less complex clerical tasks that require an understanding of relevant service processes, regulations and legislation.


You will regularly refer to a Business Partner for advice and guidance (business partnering roles delivered by Resources Casework Manager and Assistant Director, Resources) along with some requirement to work with Resources Specialists.

Undertake straightforward cases that will require some understanding of relevant service processes and compliance, regulations and legislation.

Will refer to Resources Specialists for case resolution.
