We are currently partnering with a leading defence company in London to find a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the government sector.

Our client is seeking an individual who can deliver successful projects, drive innovation,and help the company continue to deliver world-class solutions.

The Business Analyst role comes with a competitive salary of up to £75,000, a car allowance of £4,000, and a 9% bonus.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and develop solutions that meet their needs
Conduct feasibility studies and costbenefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets
Lead project teams, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the government sector is essential
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
