The Foundation are recruiting a HR Officer to join the HR department. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Foundation's centralised HR team. You will be the main point of contact for staff/line managers within the schools/teams you are allocated. You will use your skills and experience to provide high quality support, coaching and HR advice. You will have experience in recruitment and ER matters. This is a true generalist role.
The Loughborough Schools Foundation is a charitable foundation of four independent schools in the heart of Loughborough, educating children from 3 to 18 years, as well as a nursery.
