As a Customer Service Administrator you will support the Customer Service team with an increase in demand by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.

Our client is based within Littlehampton and in the Pharmaceuticals industry.


Description
As a Customer Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage incoming orders.
  • Place outbound calls to chase orders.
  • Register new clients.
  • Support with any other customer service duties as & when required.

Profile
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following knowledge/skills:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills & telephone manner

Job Offer

  • Immediate start


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am to 5pm
- £10 - £12 per hour

  • Temp to Perm opportunity
