Our UK offices are based in Stratford & St Pauls in London, Nottingham & Manchester and operate on a hybrid working model.

This role will be based out of our Stratford Office.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • This role Is critical to the delivery of all Retail Support Initiatives. The Co-Ordinator role will be key In overseeing Initiatives and solving any problems that arise which Impact service delivery to retail.
  • Setting the agenda/chairing and post meeting action management with 3rd party suppliers. Holding suppliers to account for their commitment to complete work which will benefit our colleagues and customers.
  • Managing projects alongside departmental HOD to ensure that colleagues are supported by ensuring prompt replacement of uniforM/Furniture/broken vending unit.
  • Review of all data pertaining to colleague performance against bonus targets (total budget c. £3m)
  • Regularly engage with Internal departments to ensure progress on key BAU activities

WHO YOU ARE
-

Essential:

  • Project management qualification/experience in delivering projects In current role
  • Effective and inspiring communicator both verbally and in writing, great at sharing
  • Successful management of medium to longterm change programs, whilst driving daytoday team performance
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail/unwavering standards in pursuit of excellence

Desired:

  • Strong knowledge of the operation of our Retail Estate.
