We are looking for a service lead to join the Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind team to lead on the Self Harmony service.
The Self Harmony service specialises in self harm and self-injury reduction with the aim of providing the tools for people to manage their mental health, understand and identify triggers and develop strategies to reduce harming.

Essentials:
- Experience of working within a mental health service
- Experience of supporting young people and their mental health
- An understanding of a range of skills, preventions, interventions and management linked to wellbeing and personcentred support
- Experience of providing supervision and leadership
- A sound understanding and knowledge of recovery principles and the role of mental health services across Swindon
- GCSE/O Levels education (94/A*C) in Maths & English (or equivalent numeracy and literacy).
- Degree or Diploma in an appropriate health and social care field, i.e. psychology _Desirable._
- An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body (i.e. Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Charted Management Institute etc.)
- Desirable
- An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body for counselling (Level 4 and above)
