We are currently recruiting for our client in Stockport for a Goods In Supervisor.

This is a permanent position paying upto £27,000 per annum working 37.5 hours per week somewhere between the hours of 07.00am pm.

In order to be successful you will need to be flexible to cover all aspects of a warehouse operation including Dispatch and Goods In and will be leading a team of around 15.

Typical duties will include;
Manage the Goods In team and ad hoc projects
To monitor and report the KPI's for individuals
Analysing KPI's to plan continuous improvements
Leading and coaching of team members to aid development
Leads and/or supports CI projects in Warehouse
To ensure a high level of stock control and accuracy in line with policies

As a Goods In Supervisor you will be accountable and responsible for ensuring all quality, productivity, budget targets and KPI's are exceeded.

You will have full budgetary management and control as well control of Goods In manpower planning levels. You willbe dealing directly with Human resources on all personnel issues.
You will also need to drive SAP optimization and create a lean culture for continuous improvement.
