We are excited to expand our Global Mobility team as Personio grows our footprint across Europe. We are looking for an experienced professional to support our Global Mobility team across all of our locations.

As a member of the Global Mobility team, you will play a key role in building and shaping an excellent relocation experience across all Personio offices.

_Some of your responsibilities will include:_

In partnership with crossfunctional leaders, you will be part of a great team supporting the growth of our international offices
You will support our GM team within Europe as needed, supporting our continuous growth and expansion into new regions, helping maintain our highest experience standards across the entireGlobal Mobility spectrum.
You will manage relocation cases with passion and empathy, giving a handson and dedicated experience to your new fellow Personio's.
You will also help the team manage our contingent workforce (Employer or Record, Freelancers, agencies hired) from end to end
You will manage external vendor relationships (Global Mobility and Employer of Record) to drive a great employee experience.
You will shape and evolve our international remote working policy, so that Personio continues to lead from the front in being a great and flexible place to work.
You will operate with full ownership of topics including process improvement and excel on service in everything you do.

What you need to succeed:

It is a plus if you have working knowledge or experience of Global mobility support across a variety of locations.
You'll have strong experience in a fastpaced startup environment and are passionate about building efficiencies, automations and scalable operations.
You have experience working with external partners
Employers of Record, and visa, immigration and tax experts
You'll work on your own initiative and be proactive to ensure operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
You'll have solid communication skills to enable you to build great relationships and foster a position of trust with those that you support, as well as your own team members and cross functional stakeholders.
You'll be extremely comfortable under pressure with the ability to uphold internal policies and navigate complex situations and requests to meet business needs.
You'll be highly adaptable to changing priorities and will effortlessly juggle the needs of multiple geographies. You'll have experience working in an internationally dispersed team and managing priorities across different timezones.
You'll have a keen eye for detail and have significant experience maintaining HRM systems and using productivity tools (Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira).
You are passionate about remote working and International Mobility and the power it can have on an employee's satisfaction and career.
Last but not least, you'll take joy in enabling and empowering other team members, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a great team atmosphere
