This is an exciting role requiring the individual to have a keen eye for detail as well as an interest in world sports.

They will need to be able to work in a challenging environment ensuring our scheduling and bookings tools are accurately populated to ensure smooth operations.

• Populate and maintain bookings and live schedules
• Produce schedule data for client
• Create processes and best practice procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Work with MCR, Engineers and Dev teams to build software tools to make your workflows more efficient
• Liaise with providers on content access and testing
• Produce regular usage reports for management

• Solid windows desktop experience
• At least 1 years' Experience in a broadcast scheduling / bookings or broadcast role
• Familiar with scheduling technologies / systems
• Proven experience in working within a team
• Proven ability to prioritise, plan and work under pressure
• Flexibility to work outside of office hours when required

• 3rd Level media or broadcast qualification
• Experience in an MCR environment
• Passion for global sport

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask
• Adopts a systematic approach to solving problems rather than reacting to symptoms
• Demonstrates and communicates a high level of ownership and commitment to achieving results
• Possess excellent communication skills, is mature, responsible and innovative
• Recognises problems as they arise and uses good judgement and common sense to resolve issues
