Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

Support performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

HR Administration:

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review and decisionmaking purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
