Housing - Decarbonisation;
Salary: Up to £5 0 ,000
Your project's sole purpose will be to deliver energy-efficient and low-carbon heating upgrades to low-income households across England

_We are looking for:_ an experienced** Project Manager to manage the transition plan from incumbent all the way through to the ultimate handover and setup of our delivery partner/supplier_ - making infrastructure moreenergy efficient along the way and lowering carbon emissions along the way.


Your Role:


  • Manage the endtoend transition from the incumbent, internally and to delivery partner
  • Project resource and costs management, liaising with Finance staff
  • Lead the identification and management of risks, issues, and project dependencies
  • Monitor and report progress against milestones accordingly
  • Ensure outputs are delivered to time, cost, and quality
  • Support both internal and external Stakeholders; including Whitehall stakeholders, Chief Executive, the Programme Manager, Programme Director, and other staff.
  • Create and implement robust and effective procedures / work packages
  • Engage and coordinate matrix teams to ensure best practices are always understood and delivered
  • Ultimately, running the PMO

Your Experience:


  • A project/programme management qualification (PRINCE 2, APM, Agile)_or_ longterm experience in a public sector setting
  • Indepth knowledge of project management methods and principles
  • Experience managing competing demands and prioritising outputs and outcomes in collaboration with Programme Manager
