Marketing Manager

£35,000 (FTC - Interim Cover)

Cheltenham / Hybrid
Are you an immediately available Marketing Manager?


We are assisting an ambitious and dynamic independent charity, that is looking for a Marketing Manager on a 3-month fixed term contract (interim cover).

This is an exciting time to assist a company with a large focus on community, growth, and future sustainability.

You will be a commercially minded, experienced all-rounder with great communication and engagement experience. You will need to have excellent digital skills, as you will manage the website along with all social channels.


Key responsibilities:


  • Deliver, manage, and update all social media and website content
  • Manage and implement new campaigns
  • Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies
  • Measure, monitor and evaluate performance of PR current activities and modify if required
  • Manage events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and work within the given budget

Skills/ Experience:


  • Immediately available
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure
  • A confident communicator with an enthusiastic, hands on, cando attitude
  • Able to prioritise a large workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised, methodical, with attention to detail
