Do you have case management experience, and are seeking a new job in Borehamwood? Podium Recruitment Limited is working with a client looking for a Mortgage Case Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this flexible Case Manager role, you can expect to:

Issue terms to brokers in conjunction with the sales and credit teams
Create loan files including carrying out credit searches, title deed checks, broker and solicitor permissions checks and liaise with the valuation panel to instruct, book and chase valuation
Support the sales team by liaising with brokers on enquiries particularly when they are in meetings or travelling
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to tight timeframes
A proactive mindset
