Description
We are looking for someone to work for a Office furniture dealer based in North London.


Main duties and responsibilities:

Ø Preparing quotations, completing, submitting and filing all necessary paperwork.

Ø Preparing presentation documents.

Ø Writing out orders, completing, submitting and filing all necessary paperwork.

Ø Following up progress of orders in a timely manner.

Ø Arranging deliveries.

Ø Arranging installations.

Ø Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with the enquiry appropriately.

Ø Carrying our general office duties, such as filing, as required.

Ø Occasionally visiting Clients, if required.

Ø Assistance with the Company's social media marketing, if required.


Ø Maintaining the highest level of professionalism and Customer service throughout the day and especially when dealing with Customers/Clients directly.


Other duties:


The job-holder will be required to undertake any other duties as reasonably required by the Company from time to time to meet the needs of the business.


Tools and equipment used:


The job role involves working with standard Microsoft software - outlook, word, excel, power point, as well as the Company's ordering system.

In addition, other general office equipment is provided for the job-holder's use for the better performance of their duties. All of this should be used with respect and in accordance with the Company's relevant policies.

**Experience and qualifications required:
- **The jobholder does not need to possess any specific experience but should be competent in English and Maths and in using Microsoft software.


Particular Skills/Aptitude required:

Be able to listen to, understand, and act on instructions.

Be self-motivated and enjoy taking on challenges.

An excellent ability to manage their own time to ensure the job is completed both satisfactorily and efficiently.

Be patient and understanding, particularly when dealing with Customers/Clients.


Be reliable, positive in outlook, flexible, methodical and have the enthusiasm to become a key figure in the growth of the Company's progressive operation.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
