A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE is sought to join this growing Property team within this established Firm's Swansea / West Wales offices.

This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking practice with great ambitions


Key Criteria:


  • You will be an Solicitor or FILEX with demonstrative Commercial Property experience (NQ 2 years PQE)
  • You will ideally have experience of working with a diverse range of Commercial Property clients.
  • Strong Residential Conveyancing Executives may be considered for this role.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills required with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to network is desirable.
  • The ability to work productively under your own initiative is essential.
  • Be able and willing to work across offices, effectively.
  • Solid team player who can deliver against deadlines and targets.
