We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our own portfolio management team based in the Birmingham & West Bromwich.
Applicants need to be able to work as part of a team, also under their own initiative, need excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.

Duties:
To assist the lettings department of the group.
This will include:
- Learn and implement industry regulations.
- Liaise with customers, landlords, and vendors to provide professional service with the aim to win business.
- Administrative role of Starting, Managing and Ending tenancies.
- Ability to take different roles from Administrative, bookkeeping to negotiator etc
- Performing/achieving and logging weekly target of job roles.
- Visiting properties for valuation, viewing, inventory, and inspections.
- Excellent presentation skills over the phone or company's promotional platforms
- Carry out advertising of rental properties
- Attend and carry out viewings of rental properties
- Process offers and move ins of rental properties
- Check out and check in inspections
- Assisting members of staff with admin
- Key logging
- Deposit Protections
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance, liaise with tenants.
- Booking appointments for lettings and sales
- To assist landlords and tenants with queries regarding utilities and council tax
- To respond and deal with phone calls or transfer/refer calls to the appropriate person
In addition to the above-mentioned duties the employee may from time to time be expected to undertake other duties to meet the needs of the Company.

ARLA - NFOPP qualified - Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Positive Attitude and be approachable.
- IT Skills, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn business software.
- Flexible working hours.
- Multiple language skills.
- Clean Driving license and own Vehicle (the rate will be paid)
- Professionalism and drive to win new business.
- Adhere to company's policies
- Experience 2-3 year preferred.
PLACE OF WORK
You will be required to work from Birmingham and West Bromwich.
HOURS OF WORK
Your normal hours of work are between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday with a 60-minute unpaid break each day.
REMUNERATION
Your salary will be £20,500 - £24,000 per annum.
