Description

Helix Robotics Solutions Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Logistics Administrator within our Operations Team, based at Helix House, Dyce.

This is a permanent position and reports to the Project Resource Manager.

Our Logistics Team manages all offshore crew changes, travel arrangements and visa requirements for our offshore personnel.

This role will be responsible for undertaking the general administrative duties associated with this function, whilst also supporting the Senior Visa & Logistics Co-ordinator.


Experience/Skills required:


  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good IT skills, predominately in Word & Excel
