Associate Director - Advanced Analytics
London

Join our client, a highly successful company, in their pursuit of excellence through the establishment of a new Strategic Insights department.
As the Lead within Advanced Analytics, you will play a key role in driving market-beating decisions by leveraging advanced analytics tools and insights.
Role Summary:
Lead a team of advanced analytics professionals to deliver insights that enable evidence-based decision making and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and lead advanced analytics projects and products.
- Embed analytics outputs in capital allocation decisions.
- Engage business sponsors as advocates of analytics outputs.
- Promote the potential of analytics in solving business problems.
- Develop a multiyear plan for expanding advanced analytics capabilities.
- Manage product management and analysis, collaborating with development engineers.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for business requests.
- Select the most valuable data sources and inputs for analytics projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends in analytics and interpret their impact.
- Support colleagues in data, analytics, and change initiatives.
- Design skillenhancing modules for colleagues.
Required competencies and skills:
- Collaborative and effective team player.
- Endtoend project lifecycle management experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
- Commercially literate and focused mindset.
- Proficiency in diverse data types and analytical methods.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Python, Postgres, QGIS, and data sources like OpenStreetMap.
- Experience in data engineering, algorithm development, software engineering, reporting, and market research.
- Uptodate knowledge of real estate industry analytics trends.
- Leadership experience and vendor management skills.
Process:
The selection process will involve three interviews consisting of competency-based and scenario-based questions. You will have the opportunity to meet with key stakeholders.
Location:
This role is based in Central London and offers flexibility for remote work.
