We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team.

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our supply chain and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services.

You will be responsible for negotiating with vendors, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing logistics processes. If you have a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, products, and services required by the company
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure quality and reliability
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to maximize cost savings and efficiency
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Reporting to the purchasing department manager
• Update records on internal systems such as CRM & Inventory management systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proficient in using purchasing software and tools
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• At least 5 years' experience in a procurement or similar role
• Located within an easy commute of our office
