Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our association as a Administrator.
The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our Social and Communications operations and ensuring the smooth running of our administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the membership CRM database.
- Maintenance of website and social media platforms.
- Assisting with timely production of the Wren magazine.
Organising, and taking minutes, at quarterly trustees' meetings, the AGM and Out of Town meetings (these are held on Saturdays on a rotational basis).
Building and maintaining effective relationships with partners of the charity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Good working knowledge of WordPress and Social Media Platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

From £24,375.00 per year
Expected hours: 22 per week
