The role is office based. £25,000 (FTE) per annum.


Primary tasks are:

• General daytoday accounts payable, receivable, and nominal ledger tasks, ensuring procedures are followed, and postings are correct.
• Regular updates to credit control reports, highlighting issues to Finance Manager
• Preparing and checking month end payment runs
• Support month end processes and reporting
• Deliver daily and weekly reports
• Assist with Payroll and HR admin tasks.

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Previous experience working with an Accounts/Finance department
• Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to analyse, investigate and problem solve
