Client Details


Our client is a Sheffield based not for profit organisation requiring an experienced Data Administrator/ Data analyst to join the friendly and busy support team.


Description
The responsibilities of the Data Administrator include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting with general Administration of the Finance team and senior analysts.
  • Adhoc administration
  • Drafting financial information
  • Making sense of data
  • Using Excel to create tables and reports
  • Produce management reports and statistics and support with any administration duties as require.
  • Monitor agreements and contracts and ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Ensure service user funding is regularly reviewed and all information is kept up to date.
  • Attend meetings as required and support the management team.
  • Manage dairies, book appointments, input data, answer the office phone.

Profile

  • Experience in an administration/ Business support
  • Has an understanding of financial information and is able to use excel e.g. can put together pivot tables and make sense of data
  • Well organised and detail oriented
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
  • A people person with a can do attitude

Job Offer

  • Salary between £26,000 £32,0000
