Working Hours Tuesday to Friday, 11:30am to 5:30pm.


Daily Operations

  • Complete shop opening and closing tasks according to process and procedure
  • Provide excellent customer service, with a helpful and professional manner
  • Operate POS system proficiently, including all functionalities such as, but not limited to, transactions, reporting, system updates and stock alterations as required
  • Organise shop to maximise space management
  • Complete all stock takes, stock ordering, stock management and stock rotation.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and escalate any availability issues
  • Ensure all deadlines for administration tasks are met, with work completed to proficient standard
  • Ensure shop is maintained in a tidy, safe and presentable manner
  • Report any maintenance issues which require attention for the shop or electronic systems
  • Ensure to follow all process, procedures, SSOW and Risk Assessments for your area
  • Ensure to engage with and employ all RB Site HSE policies and procedures
  • Escalate issues to management as appropriate

Job Purpose

  • To complete day to day operational tasks for a small company shop, ensuring all process and procedures are followed correctly. This includes opening and closing responsibilities
  • To provide friendly and helpful front facing customer service provision to all shop attendees.
  • Operate POS systems for transactions and reporting
  • To complete all stock takes and ordering for the shop, ensuring appropriate stock management, availability and rotation.
  • To ensure the shop is maintained in a clean, tidy and presentable state
  • To ensure all health and safety process and control measures are implemented as per instruction
  • To maximise sales performance of the shop
  • To take full ownership of the responsibilities that have been given within your job role.
