I am currently working with a well-established RIBA chartered practice who are looking for a fully qualified Architectural Technologist / Technician to join their team.

Skills and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist/ Technician role:

  • Excellent design and spatial planning skills
  • Ability to write NBS specifications
  • Knowledge of building regulations
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team

Essentials needed for this Architectural Technologist /Technician role:

  • Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology
  • Experience working in a UK based practice
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Able to produce high quality technical drawings
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
