One of our great clients based in Bishop's Stortford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team-
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensuring all customer enquiries are responded to
- Log customer complaints and resolve where possible
- Dealing with incoming enquiries on products
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to correct team
- Manage customer accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Manage general administration
- Liaising between internal teams
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
