ABOUT THE ROLE

Litigation Executive/Paralegal
We are looking for Litigation Executives to join our Fraud Academy.


All new starters will receive training to introduce you to the type of work we do and teach you how we handle claims for our clients.

Once you have completed the training, you will progress to handling your own caseload (average caseload of 50).


What do you need?

What will you be doing?

  • Undertake direct communication with third parties on the telephone in a professional and effective manner
  • Update information into the case management system as requested
  • Provide first line support for client queries
  • Attend hearing / trials
  • Take client statements and review medical records
  • To comply with all litigation dates, SLAs and DPA/GDPR
  • Ensure that all cases are dealt with in compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and Law Society Practice Management Standards.
  • Ensure effective case management and the production of highquality work on own files and any other files where assistance or cover is provided
  • Undergo regular supervision with your line manager along with our open communication policy, receiving daytoday support in handling your varied and busy caseload
  • Manage your time effectively
  • Complete MI in line with client SLA's
  • Meet the billing targets set by department
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Partnership as requested
  • Assist with the efficient running of the office generally
