As an experienced Global Procurement Manager, you will lead the implementation of the Global strategy.

Sourcing from a Global supply base, you will ensure the sustainable supply of key raw materials to the business, whilst developing cost-reduction initiatives,increasing efficiencies, and mitigating both financial and supply risk.

This is a key role which will require strong leadership at a Global level, with the ability to develop and motivate Procurement professionals as well as identify new ways of working.

You will be accountable for setting budgets and delivering against targets.

You'll visit suppliers and attend industry events as well as immersing yourself in Global markets to maintain awareness of, and communicate, market conditions & dynamics to internal customers and stakeholders.

You'll deliver short term and strategic savingsand be accountable for the annual spend across multiple categories.

You will be someone who has a genuine passion for what you do and will want to work in an environment that celebrates progress, teamwork, and dedication.

Sector experience is not essential, however, a background in any of the following sectors might be advantageous to your success and onboarding; FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Ingredients or similar.

Strong system skills and reporting experience will be essentialincluding S&OP would also be a real benefit.
