Operations Support Assistant required
We are looking for someone to join our Office in Cowes as an Operations Support Assistant. Would suit a recent graduate, school/college leaver or someone with commercial experience in a similar field.

£20-£25k per year basic

Plus bonuses

22 days annual leave

Ensuring all teachers are fully compliant with industry and Ofsted regulations
Event organiser to all future Quantum Scholars CPD training events and future recruitment events
Weekly monitoring of timesheets for contract workers, liaising with payroll
Providing vital customer care to all current working and prospective teachers as part of Quantum Scholars programmes.
Regular reporting to the sales manager/resourcing manager

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good level of IT proficiency. An understanding of social media and networking skills would be advantageous.

Full training will be provided.

Occasional travel and overnight stays would be required, particularly to occasionally work from our London office for training in the first few months of employment.

Other occasional off site days may be required too.

The role is based in Cowes, Isle of Wight at our office in Northwood House on a 40 hour per week contract.
